Standard with Full Hybrid and automatic

Suzuki Swace
Suzuki presents a station wagon. The brand developed this Swace together with Toyota. The newcomer is therefore equipped with a Full Hybrid powertrain as standard.
Suzuki, the brand of compact cars at a good price, is changing. Shortly after the introduction of the SUV Across, the Japanese brand again unveiled a somewhat larger car, the Swace. It is an estate car that will compete in the popular C segment, also known as the Volkswagen class. Like the Across, this car was developed in collaboration with Toyota.
You notice that especially in the Full Hybrid powertrain. This allows the ‘hybrid without plug’ to cover short distances completely electrically. The car has an EV Drive mode for this, in addition to the three modes (Normal, Eco and Sport) that drivers can choose. The system power is 122 hp, consumption (according to WLTP) is an average of 4.5 l / 100 km (1 in 22.2). The Suzuki Swace comes standard with an e-CVT automatic transmission (electronic Continuously Variable Transmission).

Expect some decent equipment in the estate. Standard include LED lighting including high beam assistant, controlled air conditioning, adaptive cruise control and multimedia with an 8 inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Standard safety and assistance systems include automatic parking, blind spot monitor, traffic sign recognition, an emergency braking system and lane assistant.
Suzuki mentions a low center of gravity, advanced suspension and space as characteristics of the station wagon. You can store at least 596 liters of luggage behind five adult passengers, with the rear seats folded down even 1,606 liters. The brand will announce the prices of the Swace in the first quarter of 2021, when the model arrives at Suzuki dealers.
