License plate delivery must continue

Tesla is the target of several targeted strikes in Sweden and the manufacturer therefore filed a lawsuit against the local transport agency. With success, as it now appears.
In Sweden, Tesla is being put under pressure through various strikes to come up with collective labor conditions. Perhaps the most far-reaching action is blocking the issuance of license plates for new Teslas. The delivery of cars to customers will therefore come to a standstill. Tesla therefore filed a lawsuit against the agency that issues the license plates and the postal company that refuses to deliver them. With success, as it now appears.
According to Swedish Aftonbladet the judge has ruled that the license plates should simply end up at Tesla. That ruling applies to the transportation agency. As far as we know, the strike by the postal company involved has not yet been rejected by the judge. PostNord, as the company is called, is the only party that is allowed to deliver license plates in Sweden. Now, however, PostNord will have no role in it, because Tesla will receive permission from the judge to collect the license plates themselves from the plate manufacturer. If the license plates are not released by the transport authority within seven days, the transport agency will face a fine of almost €100,000.
