Nice delivery
Tesla has never delivered as many cars in a quarter as in the last three months of 2022. In total, Tesla delivered almost 1.4 million cars in 2022.
In the last quarter of 2022, Tesla delivered 405,278 new cars. That is four percent more than in the same quarter of 2021. However, that number falls short of the more than 420,000 cars that Bloomberg experts previously predicted. In the whole of 2022, Tesla delivered about 1.31 million cars. That is no less than 40 percent more than in 2021, which was even more plagued by the consequences of the corona pandemic.
In the last three months of 2022, Tesla built a total of 439,701 cars. This brings the total number of Teslas produced in 2022 to 1,369,611 units. The number of deliveries in 2022 amounted to 1,313,851. Of these, 1,247,146 were a Model 3 or Model Y. The remaining 66,705 were a Model S or Model X. This makes it immediately clear which Tesla models are most popular.
