Model S and Model X

If you live in a country where right-hand drive cars are the norm, you will be disappointed when ordering the Tesla Model S and Model X. The steering wheel is always on the left, wherever in the world. That can lead to awkward situations, but Tesla has now found something.
Although the British in particular will claim otherwise, they really drive on the wrong side and the steering wheel is therefore also on the wrong side. Tesla apparently thinks so too, because it has reportedly stopped building right-hand drive copies of the Model S and Model X for some time now due to ‘logistics and production technical stumbling blocks’. This means that, for example, in Australia, where modern cars must have right-hand drive, the Model S and Model X are no longer available. In the United Kingdom, for example, it still is, although owners there encounter inconveniences with the steering wheel on the left.
For example, what do you do if you drive into a parking garage and you want to pull a ticket from the post, but you have no passenger on board? Then of course you can undo your seat belt and crawl towards the passenger seat to reach it, but then you wonder after a while why on earth you wanted that Tesla. To avoid that, Tesla now has a special accessory for its customers, at least in the United Kingdom. That’s where diving is footage of ‘The Reacher’. That is a real grab that is reminiscent of the tools you can use to clean up waste, only with a slightly less high ‘garden worker content’. The Reacher comes in a neat box and the name is written in glossy letters, to present the whole a bit decent. Still not the most elegant solution, but pretty fun right?
