Significantly cheaper during off-peak hours and peak times

Tesla recently rolled out its new variable off-peak rates to all of its Dutch Supercharger locations. Now Tesla is reducing charging rates by tens of percent.
Tesla has recently started using variable charging rates at its Supercharger charging stations. Tesla only charges the highest charging rates between 4 and 8 p.m., outside of that you pay the variable off-peak rates. Until recently, a kWh at Tesla’s Supercharger stations cost an average of €0.49 during off-peak hours and €0.56 during peak times. Tesla has now significantly lowered those rates.
During off-peak hours, a kWh charged at a Tesla’s Supercharger charging station now costs an average of €0.32. That is €0.17 less than before. During peak hours, a kWh now costs an average of €0.36, in turn €0.20 less than until recently.
Tesla previously indicated that it regularly adjusts the prices for charging at its Supercharger stations in line with price developments in the energy markets. Today it shows that it takes that promise seriously.
