The App Store is working overtime every week to process the endless stream of new apps and updates. However, you hardly notice this, because only a small part is worth installing. If your iPhone or iPad could use some new apps, you’ve come to the right place.
1. Veganific
Finding a partner can be a daunting task. The search is made even more difficult when you eat vegetarian or vegan, and you also require this from your loved one. The new Veganific app connects you with other vegans and vegetarians looking for love.
After signing up, the app does its job and presents potentially interesting people with the same diet as you. When you see someone who is interested, swipe to the right, and you can chat with each other when there is a match. Although Veganific is similar to other dating apps in many aspects, there is one big difference: the price. For a membership of 1 month you pay 19.99 euros.
2. mister b&b
Do you like to travel, but are you looking for certainty that you will not end up in a homophobic place? Then check the misterb&b app. Through this app you travel in more than 130 countries to places where people from the LGBTQ+ community welcome you.
Think of it as Airbnb, but gay. Filter in the app by wishes such as a private room or WiFi. Or open your own home to people who travel to the Netherlands and look for a safe place to stay there. You also earn money with that.
3. GetFact
Forget Wordfeud or quiz apps: the new GetFact app combines the best of both worlds. The app is a knowledge quiz in which you have to answer through a word game. The app counts 1,072 facts of which a word is always missing. You then have to compose the missing answer using individual letters.
The more facts you fill in correctly, the more difficult and different they become. In this way, it remains a challenge time and again to find both the correct answer and the correct letters. Correct answers earn you coins, which you can use to buy hints when the going gets tough.
4. Soundrs
Soundrs is the Giphy of sounds: the app doesn’t offer you funny memes and gifs but all kinds of cool sounds. In the app you can choose from endless sound clips from series, movies, games, famous YouTube videos and stars, music and much more.
At ‘Trending Sounds’ you can quickly find the most popular sound clips, but with the search function you can always easily find what you need. You can then quickly share this via social media.
