Citroën C5 X
Citroën presents its new flagship C5 X. The model has a design that combines the elegance of a sedan, the dynamics of a station wagon with the robustness of an SUV.
The new Citroën C5 X is the most advanced interpretation of the Citroën philosophy, including unique comfort features, distinct styling and top technology such as a 12-inch HD touchscreen. Citroën’s new flagship model is the first to be available with the all-new Citroën Advanced Comfort active suspension that makes traveling feel like floating on a flying carpet – an experience closely linked to Citroën’s history.
The luggage compartment volume of 545 liters particularly appeals to station wagon customers, while the higher seating position, greater ground clearance and rugged appearance perfectly meet the needs of SUV buyers.
Advanced technology
The C5 X is equipped with advanced technology that simplifies the use of the car. Examples are the substantial Extended Head-Up Display and the various driver assistance systems such as Highway Driver Assist. Another unique feature is the new infotainment interface with a central 12-inch HD touchscreen. This system offers natural voice control and a customizable display with widgets, like a tablet.
More than 50 km fully electric
The Citroën C5 X will be available with a petrol engine or a plug-in hybrid. The C5 X Plug-in Hybrid has a system power of 225 hp and can drive a distance of more than 50 kilometers (WLTP) fully electrically. This makes it possible to complete daily commuting journeys completely electrically.
The market launch of the C5 X will take place in the second half of 2021. Prices will follow later.
