The new generation redefines the Liner class

The new Flair from Niesmann+Bischoff is a premium liner that takes interior design to a new level in a surprising way. In addition, there are unprecedented possibilities to configure the interior. The new model comes in two lengths and has the Iveco Daily as its technical basis. The public debut is August 26 at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, but the new Flair can be ordered immediately.
Top quality on the outside, but the real surprise awaits on the inside: Niesmann+Bischoff puts the interior of the new Flair new standards. General manager Hubert Brandl: “We have opted for new materials, new shapes and a new architecture, in combination with the highest Liner technology and quality. In no other vehicle do you find so much space, clarity and tranquility.” The exterior has been facelifted and therefore significantly upgraded; the modern and eye-catching design is straightforward, simple and uncomplicated. The headlights are further apart and both the daytime running lights and the taillights have a continuous, very distinctive light signature.
generous
The interior not only looks surprisingly spacious – with a clear line of sight from the driver’s cab to the rear bed – but also offers much more freedom of movement. There is a wide passage to the bed and the sliding, rotating table leg and folding table top can be adjusted in such a way that there is open access from the living room with the cozy face-to-face seating area to the driver’s cabin. There, geometric wall units provide more space without sacrificing storage space. Alternatively, two more sleeping places can be accommodated there, with a pull-down bed that disappears almost invisibly into the ceiling. For example, more smart solutions have been found, such as an electrically retractable and extendable 32-inch television and loudspeakers that are integrated in the wall lamps and in the driver’s cabin. Unique are the smoked glass sliding doors for unusual visual accents, cabinet surfaces with real wood veneer, a wall in concrete look and a wellness shower on the ground floor, with a floor made of mineral material. If you want to make a statement here, choose a washbasin from the Italian Antoniolupi, made from the patented material Cristalmood. The felt wallcovering not only creates a completely new room atmosphere, but also very natural acoustics. The entire sofa in the living area can be converted into two secure belted places in no time at all. The lighting concept is very intuitive to operate.
Plenty of innovation
Innovation is also taking place in the kitchen area: the refrigerator with separate freezer compartment is integrated into the cupboard wall, so that it does not interrupt the furniture design. This visually enlarges the living space considerably. The kitchen can also be adapted in various ways in terms of function; it offers complete freedom without compromise. There is a choice of a dishwasher, oven, electrically extendable extractor hood or microwave. There are countless options for individualisation: the wall cabinet above the kitchen, as well as the drawer fronts, can be selected separately from the living room furniture in the real wood veneers Walnut Planket, Breeze Oak or matt white.

Independence
Another innovation is the new, highly functional double floor, which contains all the important tanks and clever technical elements. All installations have been completely rearranged, with the aim of providing as much storage space as possible and making it more accessible. A system with extendable boxes allows the new space to be used as easily and comfortably as possible. Other technical innovations make the Flair particularly independent: the liner is equipped with a 100 Ah lithium battery as standard. The self-sufficient power supply can be increased to 6 x 100 Ah – combined with a powerful inverter, charger and battery management system. There is also a 220 or 440 watt solar system to choose from. A 370 liter fresh water tank is standard on board. The customer can also choose a Liner package which includes a fixed toilet with a 200 liter tank including ceramic toilet bowl and electric drain, as well as underfloor heating and glass windows.
Safety First
Iveco’s electronic assistance systems, such as emergency brake assist, adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping system, offer great added value in terms of safety and comfort. Niesmann+Bischoff has combined these popular options in a driving safety package. In addition, the new Flair – just like its predecessor – is still the only liner with an integrated airbag, ESP, seat belt tensioner and a crash mechanism for the brake. This has long been the norm in cars, but in the liner class of fully integrated motorhomes, this special safety concept is a unique reason to choose the Flair.
