These are the best leasing companies according to the VZR

Every year, the VZR conducts a major satisfaction survey among lease drivers. This year, together with the Feedback Company, 4,500 (private) lease drivers and fleet managers were questioned about their findings in the almost past year. Various leasing companies emerged as the best.

Among the fleet managers, Athlon has proven to be the favorite among the major companies, followed by Alphabet and ALD Automotive. Among medium-sized and small leasing companies, ProMobility is the absolute number 1 among fleet managers. Wittebrug Lease and Wagenplan follow in second and third place respectively. Among the major companies, Alphabet takes home the top prize among private lease drivers. ALD Automotive is in second place here, followed by Athlon. Among medium-sized and small companies, MHC Mobility is the winner among private lease drivers. Friesland Lease and IKRIJ.nl complete the podium. In general, satisfaction with leasing companies has increased slightly compared to last year.

Finally, an Innovation Award was presented. That went to Athlon, for the ‘Flex Home Charging Package’. VZR: “Offering a charging station separately, separate from the lease contract and including the total organization and legal context, is appreciated by the jury. This construction is well thought out and solves a factual problem. Furthermore, it meets a daily and current need from many business drivers.”
