Did you make a mistake in your Apple Pay billing address, phone number, or email address? Then you can easily correct this mistake, so that from now on Apple’s payment service remembers the correct information and you save time while shopping online.
Change Apple Pay information and shipping address
You can use Apple Pay not only at the supermarket, bakery or drugstore, but also online. More and more web shops accept Apple’s payment method for quick payment.
A nice option is that Apple Pay remembers your billing information, so that you only have to enter your address and contact details once.
After this, Apple Pay saves the information and fills in these details automatically with new orders. Have you made a mistake and is the information incorrect? Then you can easily rectify this mistake. To change your billing information and shipping address for Apple Pay:
- On your iPhone or iPad, go to the Settings app and tap ‘Wallet and Apple Pay’;
- Check under ‘Transaction preferences’ which data is incorrect and change the information, or enter something new;
- For example, tap on ‘Delivery address’ to enter the address of your workplace, so that packages are not delivered to your home during office hours;
- The same goes for editing or modifying your email address or phone.
You can also adjust the data via the Wallet app itself. To do this, tap on the card you want to change and select the three dots at the top right. Then scroll down and tap ‘Billing address’, after which you can change the information or enter a new address.
Change Apple Pay billing information and shipping address on Mac
Invoice data can of course also be adjusted on the Mac. This is how you do this:
- Go to ‘System Preferences’ by clicking on the apple at the top left;
- Go to ‘Wallet and Apple Pay’ and choose the card you want to change;
- Click on the submenu ‘Invoice address’ to change your house number, zip code or street;
- Do you want to change the e-mail address, telephone number or shipping address? In the ‘Wallet and Apple Pay’ menu, click on ‘Contact and delivery’.
