The Digital Crown of the Apple Watch Series 4 produces small vibrations when you turn it, but not everyone likes this. iPhoned shows step-by-step how to turn this off.
Turn off digital Crown vibrations on Apple Watch Series 4
The Watch Series 4 is arguably the best Apple product of the year in our opinion. The clock is packed with improvements, including a redesigned Digital Crown. It is provided with haptic feedback, so that you feel a small vibration when you turn it. This way you can scroll more precisely.
However, not everyone likes this. The vibration also sometimes does not work properly. Fortunately, you can easily turn the option off. You do this via your linked iPhone or of course with the watch itself. To do this, follow the next steps.
To turn off Digital Crown Vibration on iPhone:
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone;
- In ‘My Watch’, go to ‘Hear and feel’;
- Move the switch at ‘Haptic Crown’.
To turn off digital Crown vibrations on Apple Watch:
- Go to the settings menu;
- Tap on ‘Hear and feel’;
- Scroll down until you see the ‘Haptic Crown’ option and move the switch.
More about the best Apple Watch ever
As mentioned, the Series 4 is the best Apple Watch edition to date. The clock has been completely redesigned and has a borderless, large screen that is much easier to use. In addition, Apple has finally found a clear point of focus: health.
The Series 4 has many options to help you live your life as healthily as possible, such as electrodes for making heart films. This heart film function is not yet available in the Netherlands, but Apple is trying to get permission.
