Tom Boonen opens Belgian Donkervoort dealer

Donkervoort has an additional office abroad. None other than cycling legend Tom Boonen elevates his company to a genuine Donkervoort dealer in Zandhoven, Belgium.

Boonen was already active in the car world with his company Iconic Cars, which may or may not trade in highly exclusive cars on behalf of customers. Donkervoort undoubtedly fits into that picture. Boonen can now call himself a Donkervoort dealer, just like his partner Steve Lismont.

This fills an important gap in Western Europe, because the Dutch Donkervoort already had dealers in Germany and France. Zandhoven, about 25 kilometers east of Antwerp, joins the illustrious list of Paris, Munich, Düsseldorf and Geneva. These are all sales locations. For maintenance, Donkervoort drivers can also go to two other French locations, in Spain and Israel.

Tom Boonen was a professional cyclist from 2002 to 2017 and during that time won the Tour of Flanders three times and the points classification in the Tour de France once. He also became world champion cycling in 2005.
