Aehra is releasing interior photos of its first car for the first time, an electric SUV with a range of more than 800 kilometers and 750 to 815 horsepower of electric muscle. The Aehra is a slick-lined SUV with special opening doors. The front doors fold forward at an angle, as you know from cars like the Lamborghini Aventador. The rear doors are gull-wing doors in the style of the ones on, for example, the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL. The doors provide access to an interior that, like the appearance of the Aehra, is quite special.
Thanks to a wheelbase of 3 meters, the electric SUV has an extremely spacious interior according to its creators. Remarkably enough, Aehra uses NBA players as a unit of calculation to show how spacious the colossus is. According to Aehra, four will fit full size NBA players in the car. So no NBA players of short or normal stature, but the really big boys. The Aehra comes as a four and five-seater and gets a pretty opulent workplace

We see a dashboard that mainly consists of a giant display. A screen runs across the entire width of the cockpit and is in its lowest position when the car is moving. In that mode, the screen displays things such as the current speed, range, temperature and, for example, the route map. The corners of the screen display the images captured by the digital side mirrors. When the car is parked, the screen can be raised so that you can watch a movie with your family (or part of an NBA team). There is also a display one floor below. This allows you to control things such as the climate control, the audio system and various safety systems.

Also striking is the steering wheel of the Aehra. That is remarkably flat. In the upper part of the steering wheel we find a small display on which the driver can read the speed, among other things. According to the Italians, the interior itself is ‘of superior quality’. We have to believe that for the time being, it certainly looks special.
