Toyota makes it possible for everyone to reserve the extreme GR Yaris. A definitive price has not yet been announced, but the Dutch importer does announce how many customers should take to the dealer.
Toyota will welcome the GR Yaris to our country in the second half of this year. The official price will follow in the run-up to the market launch, but Toyota does give a cautious price indication of € 60,000 (incl. VAT and BPM). A hefty amount of money for a Yaris, but of course you also get something for that. Starting with the new 1.6-liter three-cylinder that is good for 261 hp and 360 Nm of torque, for example. With this, the 1,280 kg Yaris sprint to the 100 within 5.2 seconds and the top speed is 230 km / h. In addition, the GR will have a remarkable three-door carriage, aluminum and carbon fiber parts and a “Premium” equipment with, among other things, 18-inch lightweight wheels and GR sports seats.
Toyota must build a total of 25,000 copies of the street-legal GT Yaris to participate in the WRC rallies. A limited number of these copies are intended for our country. However, the Dutch importer does not yet know how many that will be. The GR Yaris can be ordered immediately. After completing an online form, the quotation must be signed within ten working days. The car will be at the door in the second half of this year.
