Intense restomod

The names TWR and Jaguar have been linked for decades and now this is reflected spectacularly on the Jaguar XJS. The result is called TWR Supercat.
Today’s TWR, which was founded four years ago by the son of Tom Walkinshaw (who founded and managed the former TWR), likes to indulge in Jaguars just like in the past. This is evident from this new creation, the TWR Supercat. Basically an XJS, but considerably expanded and topped with a more modern sauce. It has to be to your taste, but it certainly looks intense.
TWR takes an XJS from scratch and provides it with a completely new body made of carbon fiber. TWR does not really elaborate on technical adjustments, except that it now has a V12 that produces more than 600 hp thanks to a supercharger and is linked to a six-speed manual gearbox. 88 copies will be made, or at least that is the plan. We hope that TWR doesn’t buy too nice original XJS’s for this.
Each TWR Supercat is expected to cost around €263,000. Next summer we will get to see the interior and we will probably hear more about the technology.
