Use vital functions widget on the Apple Watch

Since Watchos 11 you can use the vital functions app on the Apple Watch. This app offers an extensive range of measurements such as heart rate, breathing frequency, saturation, sleep and pole temperature. The measurement results can help you better understand your body and to notice abnormalities quickly.

It is possible to display the measurement results of the vital functions app in the smart stack (Smart Stack) of the Apple Watch. You activate the smart stack by turning the digital crown upwards. You can adjust the content of the smart stack to your own preferences.
