Do you have an administrative background and affinity with the motorcycle industry? Are you a motorcycle enthusiast looking for the unique opportunity to act as a pivot between importer, manufacturer, market and dealer organization? Then you might be the new Credit Controller for Kawasaki Benelux!
In this role as Credit Controller you are responsible for the creditor administration at Kawasaki dealers within the Benelux, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. You are mainly the one who deals with the administration around debtors. In addition, you are also able to help optimize the various administrative processes.
Your challenge:
• Follow up on payments due from the Kawasaki dealerships in the Benelux, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia;
• Informing and advising dealer management about unacceptable risks related to credit management;
• Ensure a timely and accurate response to questions from relations regarding processes, invoices, documentation, etc.
• Ensure correct daily collection information to the bank and interest notes to customers;
• Support of the branches with regard to credit management, including any required reports;
• Ensuring timely, correct and open communication with all involved employees at the head office and the branches;
• Monthly preparation of CFS reports and any other reports;
• Basic credit acceptance of balance sheets and profit and loss statements for all dealerships.
Your background:
• A completed MBO / HBO education in combination with experience in an administrative finance role (within the automotive sector) and affinity with motorcycles;
• Strong administrative and coordinating skills and a natural customer and service-oriented character;
• Knowledge of debtor management combined with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ mentality;
• Decisive, independent and structured personality.
• You can easily switch between various systems and wallets and work accurately;
• Collaborative personality, who dares to take responsibility;
• Living within a travelable distance of Hoofddorp and a good knowledge of the Dutch and English language, preferably supplemented with the German language;
• A solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), experience in working with SAP is an advantage.
