Watch live video on Facebook (computer)

Watch live videos or broadcasts of events, concerts, press conferences and other gatherings on Facebook. As it were, Facebook users, such as NOS, film an event that is taking place at that moment and broadcast it at the same time. This is also known as ‘going live’. You can simply watch such a live video on Facebook via your PC, smartphone or tablet. In addition, talk to other viewers by posting comments or share the broadcast with your Facebook friends.

The Facebook timeline shows the live videos of Facebook friends or the pages you follow. You can recognize such a broadcast by the red block in the video with the text ‘Live’. Of course, users can also go to a specific page to watch a video, without following the page. In all cases click on the video or Watch now to watch it. Has the broadcast not started yet? • Go to www.facebook.com and log in.
• Click on the icon of a house at the top.
• Click on the left Show more > live videos.
• Select if necessary Live.
• Multiple live videos appear. Scroll down to see more videos, such as popular live videos or live news.
• Click on the video you want to see.

Want to watch a previous live broadcast? Look them up. This is how it works:

• Go to www.facebook.com and log in.
• Click on the search bar and type in a search term, for example ‘corona’ or ‘NOS’.
• Click on the left Videos.
