I’m in a bit of a shameful position… I have trouble sliding my foreskin over my glans. This can be solved by doing exercises but how did I wash my penis? It smells quite bad now because I can’t wash it properly.

If this really bothers you, you can have a limited circumcision (European circumcision) performed.
