Answer
Best,
It is difficult to assess an accurate risk of HIV transmission with these data.
Several factors play a role in estimating your risk:
- Was a condom used?
- Was the vagina sufficiently moist during penetration (small wounds from abrasion that facilitate HIV transmission)?
- How much virus is present in the blood of the sexual partner?
- Is there another sexually transmitted disease (STD) at the same time?
In principle, the risk that you would become infected with HIV in the way you describe is rather small. However, it is impossible to put a number on this.
Ejaculation is only relevant if the man is HIV positive (because HIV can also be found in semen).
For a correct assessment of the risk, I think it is advisable to consult a doctor.
