  • The so-called Moro soup is a tried and tested home remedy and is still used for therapy purposes today. The carrots cause regulation of stool consistency and frequency. This is how you prepare the carrot soup: peel half a kilo of carrots, cook it with one liter of water in the saucepan for an hour and then puree everything. Fill it back to one liter with boiling water, salt well and take the soup to you several times a day right at the beginning of the symptoms. But others can also help you in the event of diarrhea, for example oat mucus.

Bring two tablespoons of it to a boil in 250 milliliters of water, let it simmer for a quarter of an hour, drop it off and drink a cup several times a day. Attention: This only works with dried blueberries – the fresh fruits can even have a laxative effect and thus have the opposite desired effect!
  • Healing earth also helps because it binds germs. Disconnect one or two teaspoons of healing earth twice a day for internal use in 250 milliliters of water and drink it in small swallow.
  • Pectin -containing fruit such as apples means that the chair becomes a little firmer again. The pectin swells up in the intestine and so relieves him of liquid. To do this, rub the apple, preferably with a bowl, and leave something until it is brown. Then take it to you spoon. According to NDR, you can also use ripe bananas and crush them with the fork-however, they have a higher CO2 footprint than seasonal apples.
