Whatson Planner makes scheduling appointments easier

Whatson Planner is a new Dutch app that allows you to find times faster to meet up with friends or family. It is a kind of search engine for calendars.

You can do this with the app

When you start Whatson Planner for the first time, you need to log in with a phone number and email address. Your digital agenda will then appear on the screen. Days are shown on a timeline, where each day consists of four parts. You can make a new appointment by tapping on a part of the day and then entering a name, time and place.

The options at the bottom are handy, with which you can easily add a photo or extra information. Press ‘Save’ and Whatson Planner will automatically look for times when you and your friends are available for an appointment. So you don’t have to go through your agenda yourself, because the app does that for you. The three best options are shown, after which you can choose the best time in consultation with the others.

Whatson Planner has several features that make making appointments easier. For example, there is a Do Not Disturb function, with which you indicate at which times you do not have the time or inclination. In the menu you can also indicate which calendars you want to use in the app. A handy feature, because it prevents appointments from being synchronized in all your calendars. You can also indicate whether holidays and birthdays should appear in Whatson Planner; so nice when looking for a suitable date.
