Which car will fit four children in?

An outing with the family, with the children and cousins ​​to the swimming pool or you are designated to take team members with you to an away game: you soon have several children in the car. But which car will fit four children? If we assume four children, then several options are possible.

Above 12 years: practically every car with a back seat

If the children are over 12 years old, then practically any car with a rear seat is suitable. After all: most rear seats fit three adults, so at least three children. And one child can sit in the front. You can then of course most convertibles, sports cars off the list. And with really small city cars like the Citroën C1, Kia Picanto, Hyunday i10, Peugeot 108, Toyota Aygo, Fiat 500, it will be difficult to fit three children in the back seat. Shorter than 1.35m: four children in two back seats

If the children are shorter than 1.35 meters they need a booster seat. In addition, they are usually also under 12 years old, so they are not allowed to sit in the front. That booster seat takes up more space next to the width of the child. If you want to take four children with you, you quickly need two back seats and you are talking about a car with 6 to 7 seats.
