On the attached website you will find various maps of areas most at risk from sea level rise, ranging from Southeast Asia over the North Sea to Florida.
But you have to realize that this is all going very slowly. The climate experts at IPCC predict an average sea level rise of a few tens of centimeters by 2100. And then we have to see whether it will really happen. Sea level rises of several meters take much longer, several hundred to thousands of years. So plenty of time to prepare.
