All Chinese definitely don’t look the same. That is our perception, as we focus on certain body and facial features. We all look the same to them.

For example, they will concentrate more on the shape of the head and eyes, we more on the hair color and nose. Indeed, if you are used to paying attention to those characteristics, you sometimes start to see people in a population as similar because you do not use a number of characteristics in your discrimination.
