Microsoft has started deploying Update 1909 for Windows 10. Here’s how to download and install it right away.
The last major update of Windows 10 -version 1909- is officially available for all users whose machine is running Windows 10 1903. Still being deployed, it is possible to force its download and installation to take advantage of it without waiting .
To do this, click on the Start menu, and go to Windows Settings. Enter the Update & Security menu and click Check for Updates.
If your computer is compatible, Windows Update Manager should find Windows 10 Feature Update, version 1909 fairly quickly.
Just click Download and Install Now to grab and install the update file.
Once finished, Windows should offer to restart your machine to complete the installation of the update.
Click Restart to restart your PC immediately or click Schedule Restart to restart your computer at another time.
