Sitting in front of your computer for many hours can be tiring for your eyes. It can also prevent you from falling asleep peacefully, which of course you don’t want. Windows has one night lightmode to ensure that your eyes get a little more rest and that the warmer colors make it much easier to fall asleep.

Windows Tip 8 Night light is easier on your eyes

With the Night light mode, the image display becomes a bit warmer
of color as the day progresses, for a little more rest to the eyes
and fall asleep better

Search for ‘night light’ in the loupe window. Enable the option and choose whether the Night Light must run from sunset to sunrise. Note: you have to adjust the location settings for this, a direct link to those settings is available.

You can also specify a time slot with a start and end time for starting Night Light.
