‘iPhone 13 Pro gets better cameras and becomes slightly thicker’

The iPhone 13 Pro may get considerably better cameras than the iPhone 12 Pro. The smartphone also becomes a bit thicker. This is evident from new renders that have surfaced from the device.

‘Better cameras for the iPhone 13 Pro’

The iPhone 13 Pro will have a somewhat thicker and, above all, much larger camera island than the iPhone 12 Pro. This can be seen on renders that MacRumors based on schematic drawings. Renders usually give a good idea of ​​what new smartphones look like. The larger lenses may mean that Apple will give the cameras a lot of work.

That’s good news for smaller phone enthusiasts. Anyone who currently wants to shoot the most beautiful pictures should buy the iPhone 12 Pro Max. It has better cameras than the regular iPhone 12 Pro. MacRumors speculates that the iPhone 13 Pro will get the exact same cameras as the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Both models feature according to the website sensor–shift stabilization on both the primary camera and the ultra-wide angle lens. This allows you to better absorb the vibrations of your hands. The result is sharper photos. Currently only the iPhone 12 Pro Max has this stabilization and only on the main camera.

‘iPhone 13 slightly thicker’

The iPhone 13 Pro and the regular iPhone 13 will probably also be slightly thicker than the iPhone 12. The new iPhones would be about 0.17 millimeters thicker than the current models at 7.57 millimeters. You will not notice that difference in practice, but it may indicate a larger battery.

It will take more than four months for Apple to announce the iPhone 13 series. Yet we already know quite a lot about the new smartphones.

For example, the Pro models probably have a 120Hz ProMotion screen, as we know it from the iPad Pro. Since the pixels are refreshed 120 times per second, such a display looks much smoother. In addition, the iPhone 13 will probably finally get a smaller notch and an always on screen.
