Nissan’s compact Crossover, the Juke, is now also available with an advanced multimodal hybrid powertrain. The Juke Hybrid takes driving pleasure to another level, with lower fuel consumption.

The Juke Hybrid features a multimodal hybrid powertrain. Instead of a conventional powertrain, it consists of a fuel engine that is electrically assisted. As a result, fuel consumption is further reduced.

The powertrain of the Juke Hybrid consists of a new-generation fuel engine and delivers 69 kW (94 hp) and 148 Nm of torque. The electric motor has an output of 36 kW (49 hp) and 205 Nm of torque.

The intelligent drive of the Juke Hybrid has been developed and programmed in such a way that the car runs as fully electric as possible. During the tests, Nissan engineers managed to drive electrically in an urban environment up to 80% of the time, with only short breaks in hybrid mode to recharge the battery.

The result is a powertrain that is 25% more powerful than the current petrol engine, while fuel consumption in the city is up to 40% lower and the average reduction is up to 20%.

The Juke Hybrid is expected in the showroom this summer and is available from € 33,040.
