I am curious what will happen to the Netherlands if the sea level rises. Will everything flood? Or will dikes be raised?

The attached map (downloaded from the attached website) gives you an impression of what a sea level rise can do to the coastal area around the North Sea.
You can see on that map that it doesn’t look very good for the Netherlands. Much of the land in the Netherlands is already below sea level. If the sea level rises, it will only get worse. With a sea level rise of 10 meters there would not be much left of the Netherlands.
What can the Dutch do? Building dikes … but that also has its limits. How high can you go? Or move? Or build floating cities? The Dutch will have to show some creativity. But there is still time for that … several hundred years to thousands of years.
