We have to be honest: it seems that the Apple Watch Series 11 is not really going to get a lot of changes. Yet the rumors say that there will be a number of functions that are worth it. Here are three new functions to buy the new Apple Watch Series 11 in September!
5G comes to the Apple Watch
The Apple Watch currently uses a 4G modem. However, the Apple Watch Series 11 receives a new modem with support for 5G. This is a special version, with the name 5G Redcap. This technology is made for portable devices that do not need the full 5G speed, but can use the improved connection and stability.
The support for 5G is of course only available on the Apple Watch Series 11 Cellular. This is the Apple Watch that has a mobile connection in addition to GPS and WiFi. You often have to take out a separate subscription with your mobile provider.
New chip: S11
The Apple Watch Series 11 gets a new S11 chip, which is probably a bit more efficient than the previous version. This means that you can expect better performance and a longer battery life. How much better this chip will be the question.
Apple Watch gets a blood pressure monitor
There have been rumors for years that Apple is working on a way to measure blood pressure with the Apple Watch. There are several rumors that it will finally happen with the Apple Watch Series 11.
