No one knows about this mighty upgrade that you can easily give your iPhone

Apple has secretly incorporated a secret trick into the latest iOS update for your iPhone. This mighty upgrade also gives you a great way to keep in touch with friends and family far away. That’s right.

On your iPhone you can now simultaneously watch movies and series via SharePlay via the Messages app. Songs and podcasts can also be listened to simultaneously in this way. This is how you can get started with this top function.

Far away, but still close thanks to your iPhone

SharePlay was previously available exclusively for FaceTime, but now it can also be used via the Messages app on your iPhone. Moreover, it is not limited to one interlocutor. The feature also works wonderfully in group chats!

To use the feature on your iPhone, first find a movie, series, song or album to share. The app must be supported. Apple cites Apple TV and the Music app as examples.

View the details of the content you want to share and tap the share button. Then choose Share Play and use the three horizontal dots to redo Share Play to choose. Then choose the contacts with whom you want to share the content and select To inform on your iPhone.

Almost ready to binge together

Once your friends or family members have accepted the invitation, you can enjoy the content together. In many cases, however, you must both have a subscription. That may also be a trial subscription. Of course is account sharing also still a thing, although Netflix won’t be too happy about that!

Tap on Play for everyone to start playing the content on your iPhone and those of your friends or relatives. Then anyone can pause or rewind the conversation. Have fun watching and listening!
