Loads of fresh products arrive daily in the supermarkets and restaurants. Not everything is sold on time, which means that meals, vegetables and fruit are sometimes thrown away. Yet they are not past their expiration date. That is of course a great shame, so it’s great that you can do something about it with Too Good To Go on your iPhone.

Too Good To Go ensures that food is not wasted. You can save meals and products that are close to the expiration date. It’s also good for your wallet, because you get a big discount via your iPhone.

In the app, shops and restaurants put what kind of products they have left. They offer these with significant discounts.

Then you can pick them up there for a low price. Think, for example, of a bag of vegetables, bread from the bakery, or a meal from a restaurant. It’s the ideal way to save money and help the environment.

That is how it works

In the Too Good To Go app on your iPhone you can see the shops and restaurants nearby. You select in the app which products you prefer. This way you will only see offers that are of interest to you. The app also states when you can pick up the special ‘magic box’.

If you want to use the app, you must first register. You then select which supermarket, restaurant or bakery you want to pick up a box from. You then pay for this with your credit card via the iPhone app.
