New Honda CR-V: always (plug-in) hybrid and from 55 grand

With the e:Ny1, Honda recently supplemented its Dutch EV range with a second fully electric model. We were able to tell you the prices of these recently. The e:Ny1 made its Dutch debut at the same time as the new Honda CR-V and Z-RV and it is now also known what the new CR-V will cost.

Honda offers the new CR-V only with electrified powertrains. It will be available as a hybrid CR-V e:HEV, but also as a plug-in hybrid CR-V e:HEV. Prices for the sixth-generation Honda CR-V start at €55,185. For that amount you get the hybrid CR-V e:HEV with front-wheel drive, performed as Elegance. At the time of writing, Honda is still not generous with technical specifications of the CR-V e:HEV. Elsewhere in the world, the CR-V e:HEV has at least a blown 1.5 and an electric motor that together account for a system power of 207 hp. The average consumption is in any case 6.7 l / 100 km.

A step above this variant is the four-wheel drive Honda CR-V e:HEV in the same Elegance version. For this you tap at least €60,035. This four-wheel drive hybrid CR-V is also available as an Advance and costs €64,410 in that capacity.

Prefer a plug-in hybrid powertrain? It is also possible, although there is nothing to choose from with only one version. It is called Advance Tech and is available at your doorstep from €63,250. The plug-in hybrid Honda CR-V has a 17.7 kWh battery pack, good for an electric range of 82 kilometers. Also for the front-wheel drive plug-in hybrid CR-V e:PHEV, extensive European technical data is still missing at the time of writing. In China, the CR-V e:PHEV with a 215 hp powertrain was presented. This may be the same hardware that the European-destined model has.
