iPhone 15: these are all the colors
Apple is likely to present the iPhone 15 on September 12. There will be four new iPhones: the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and the iPhone 15 Pro Max (also known as the iPhone 15 Ultra in the corridors).
In the past, iPhones came in five colors, with an additional color appearing six months later to boost sales. For example, think of the green iPhone 13 and the yellow iPhone 14.
iPhone 15 (Plus) colors
Apple will probably release the iPhone in five colors again this year. What colors are these and how do we know? Leaked photos show the new charging cables of the iPhone 15 and they now all have a color for the first time.
So if we look at the cables, we already know all the colors of the iPhone 15 (Plus). Those are:
- Midnight (black);
- Starlight (white);
- Yellow;
- Blue;
- Orange or pink.
The orange or pink color remains a guess for a while. Photos of cables have been leaked before and the color was a bit more pink than orange. That is why it is not yet clear what color it will be. It could even become the coral color that Apple previously had with the iPhone XR.
iPhone 15 Pro (Max) colors
For the Pro models, Apple usually has four colors in the lineup. For example, the iPhone 14 is available in the colors purple, gold, silver and black. This year, the iPhones will get a new titanium frame, instead of a steel bezel. To make this material stand out, they are introducing a number of new colours.
Instead of purple, Apple will probably come with a dark blue color. This color is very similar to the blue iPhone 12 Pro, but has a few more shades of gray. In addition, there will be a silver gray color and black will be added again this year. Finally, there will also be an iPhone 15 with a natural titanium color. The rumors indicate that the popular color gold is not available this year. So, all the colors of the iPhone 15 Pro (Max) are as follows:
- Dark blue;
- Silver gray;
- Black;
- Titanium.
