Apple has announced new iPads and that of course includes new Smart Folio cases. This is what they look like and they solve this annoyance!
New Smart Folio cases
Two versions of both the new iPad Pro and the new iPad Air were released during the Apple event on May 7. This means that there are also four new Smart Folio cases. If you need a case for the iPad Air 2024, you can choose from four different colors (Light Violet, Charcoal Gray, Sage Green and Denim). The covers for the iPad Pro M4 are available in three colors: White, Black and Denim.
They solve this major annoyance
The Smart Folio case has always been very popular. The predecessor (Smart Cover) on the iPad 2 was also popular. The multifunctional cases provide excellent protection for the latest iPad Pro and Air models, and do so with minimal additional weight and thickness.
In addition, the main use of the new cases is that you can place the iPad in different ways, depending on what you are going to do with it. However, these different ways were always a bit too limited. There were always viewing angles that were really not possible with the covers. Apple is now solving that annoyance with the new Smart Folio cases: more viewing angles and more flexibility. This makes the new covers a lot more usable than the previous versions.

- Smart Folio for 11-inch iPad Air (M2): 89 euros
- Smart Folio for 13-inch iPad Air (M2): 119 euros
- Smart Folio for 11-inch iPad Pro (M4): 89 euros
- Smart Folio for 13-inch iPad Pro (M4): 119 euros
