The first Apple event in 2025 is coming. But when exactly? And what will be announced then?
Apple events in 2025
Apple holds a keynote a few times a year in which new products are shown. Perhaps the most important thing is always held around September, where the new iPhones are introduced.

Yet there are more keynotes spread throughout the year. Last year Apple held three events:
- May 7 (new iPads);
- June 10 (iOS 18 and Mac Sequoia);
- September 9 (iPhone 16, Apple Watch Series 10, AirPods 4).
There was no event in October, but new products were announced through press releases. The products that were announced were then an iMac, Mac Mini and MacBook Pro.
There are rumors that Apple will announce the iPhone 16th and the iPad 2025 this week (or next week). That will probably not be during an event, but with press releases. Maybe there will be a short video.

First Apple keynote: This is when
The first really Apple event of 2025 will be a little later. According to rumors, the first event comes somewhere in the spring. If we look at previous events, it will probably be that way by the end of March or early April.
The event will most likely take place at 19:00 in the evening. Apple events often start at the same time. But in October of 2023, Apple also held an event at midnight. So it can vary once.
During this first Apple event from 2025 there will of course also be new products. We expect Apple to announce the iPad Air 2025 and the MacBook Air 2025 during this event.
According to usually reliable Apple connoisseur Mark Gurman, the new MacBook Air (13 inches and 15 inches) will receive an M4 chip. Furthermore, the MacBook Air 2025 remains the same. According to rumors, the iPad Air 2025 only gets a chip upgrade. The iPad goes from an M2 (in the iPad Air 2024) to an M3 chip.
