The new refrigerators from Samsung are equipped with the intuitive 9inch ai home display (1) and 21.5inch Family Hub display. Together they make daily life easier in four important areas: food management, smart living, family communication and entertainment. In the first category (food management), the convenience is mainly due to the improved AI Vision Inside function (2), to which four extra types of foods have been added to the list of the species to be recognized, so that there are now a total of 37. In addition to fresh products, AI Vision Inside can now also recognize processed products. A maximum of 50 items with specific names can be stored (3). Based on the improved list of foods, the Display gives tailor -made recommendations for recipes and the planning of meals4, making cooking even easier and more focused on its own taste.

Smart Home
Not only the function for recognizing foods has been improved, but the displays now also ensure better Smart Home connectivity. Thanks to new developments, deeper integration in the Smart Home ecosystem is now possible, making the fridge the central hub, which can control connected devices throughout the house. With the integration of Map View, users can control and operate Samsung devices and even smart home devices from other brands (5), such as lamps and smart plugs. In addition, there is SmartThings Energy (6), which helps users to maintain and optimize their energy consumption of compatible and via a Samsung account, which ensures more efficiency in daily life. The intuitive display gives users all kinds of information about connected devices in their home, and they can also give speech assignments via Bixby.

Daily Board
The new Daily Board function keeps everyone informed and in contact with each other. The fridge display is located in the heart of the house and offers real -time updates all day. The newest refrigerators from Samsung also give a new interpretation to entertainment in the kitchen by distributing the user while cooking or with the family distraction. Thanks to the Spotify integration, users can listen to their favorite music or podcasts directly from their fridge (8). Via SmartView Mirroring, the screen can easily be shared from a smartphone or Samsung TV and with the special gallery function a family can display its favorite photos, which gives a personal touch to the kitchen.

Smart functions
With its innovative functions, the French-through refrigerator responds to the needs of a modern household. Thanks to 9 “AI Home on certain models, the fridge can be integrated smoothly into the Smart Home Ecosystem. Models with Hybrid Cooling technology (9) keep products fresh for longer, while thanks to the use of a compact Peltier module, they also have extra space (10). Both two types of refrigerators are equipped with the AI ​​Energy Mode, with which the user can reduce energy consumption by another up to 10% (15). The user can choose to always activate the mode, or when it is expected to exceed the electricity bill.

The French-through refrigerator is available from week 25 at a suggested retail price of € 3799.
