Bravia brand renewed?
In 2024 the Bravia brand was renewed to bring all home-cinema products together under one name, so that film lovers must get a complete audiovisual experience according to Sony. Now Sony is expanding this line-up with 3 new additions with technologies and functions from the Bravia 9. Sony adds the Bravia 8 II, Bravia 5 and the Bravia 3 and these TVs are driven by an XR processor with an AI-scene recognition system. The screen sizes vary from the compact 43inch Bravia 3 to the large 98inch Bravia 5
Bravia 8 II for the best experience
The Bravia 8 II has the One Slate Design, making the screen and the edge look like a single whole. The aluminum pedestal disappears when you watch the TV from a corner, so that you can fully focus on the image. Sony’s own XR processor and the QD-OLED panel work together for a nice display. XR Triluminos Max ensures that the colors on your screen are more natural, while the brightness is preserved. The XR processor also optimizes the color purity and the wide color range of Hetqd-Olledpaneel. Furthermore, the XR-PROCessor has an AI scene recognition system, which detects and analyzes data to optimize the image to make it look as realistic as possible. This image has a high brightness panel and a temperature sensor; this further checks the image with XR contrast booster for an even deeper and detailed image. Thanks to Acoustic Surface Audio+, the entire screen is used as a loudspeaker, so that the sound appears to come from the right place from the image immediately. All this must ensure an improved cinema experience. The Bravia 8 II supplies deep black tones and contrast through the OLED panel for a realistic and authentic image. The Bravia 8 II comes in 2 screen sizes: 65 inches and 55 inches with suggested retail prices of € 3699 and € 2999 respectively. You can now pre-order these TVs and are available from June.
