If you suspect that your Microsoft or Google account has been hacked, you can check which devices have been registered with it. Surf to account.google.com, choose Security and scroll to Your devices. Click on Manage all devicesselect a suspicious device and choose Log. At Microsoft you go to account.microsoft.com, click on Devices And choose Remove device. These options also help if you have forgotten to unsubscribe somewhere. With suspicious activity it is best to change your password immediately.
