Apple has now also released iOS 26.2 beta 2 a week after the first beta version of the upcoming iOS 26.2 update. These features are new.

Registered developers can download the beta now through the Settings app on their iPhone, by going to the General section and choosing Software Update.
New features in iOS 26.2 beta 2
iOS 26.2 has a Liquid Glassslider on the lock screen to adjust the transparency of the clock. So you decide how transparent or how matte it should look.
Furthermore, the update brings Live Translations via AirPods to the European Union. This feature allows you to understand someone who speaks a different language. The feature works best when both participants in a call are using Live Translations via AirPods. If you’re talking to someone who isn’t wearing AirPods, you can get a live transcript in the other person’s language on your iPhone. Unfortunately, Dutch is not yet supported, but you can use the function in English.
The Reminders app now supports alarms for when you need to complete tasks. If you add a reminder, select a time and then enable the ‘Urgent’ option, an alarm will sound at the specified time.
iOS 26.2 beta 2 further introduces a number of improvements, including changes to the Sleep Score. The highest rating has been renamed from ‘Excellent’ to ‘Very High’ and the thresholds for all categories have been recalibrated based on feedback on the previous score. The feature is available in the Health app on all iPhone models compatible with iOS 26 and on all Apple Watch models compatible with watchOS 26.
The update also brings improvements to the Apple Podcasts app through AI, which now automatically generates chapters, adds links to said podcasts, and organizes related content.
Final update coming in December
