The Triumph Factory Visitor Experience in Hinckley, Leicestershire, has won the Gold Award for ‘Overall Excellence’ in the VisitEngland Visitor Attraction Awards 2024-2025.

The national awards, presented on November 12 at the National Motor Museum in Warwickshire, recognize excellence within the visitor sector. The awards were given based on the scores that attractions achieved in their annual VisitEngland Visitor Attraction Quality Scheme assessment. A VisitEngland assessor described the Triumph Factory Visitor Experience as: “The perfect day out for fans of iconic motorcycles.”
A total of accolades were awarded to 78 attractions in England, divided into five categories: Welcome, Best Told Story, Hidden Gem, Quality Food and Drink, and Gold for Overall Excellence.
Paul Stroud, Chief Commercial Officer of Triumph Motorcycles, commented:
Our factory has long been a favorite among motorcycle enthusiasts, and it’s great to see its appeal growing as a unique venue for events and conferences. This award confirms the quality of the experience, and a visit is a perfect Christmas gift for any rider and his or her family.”

Andrew Stokes, director of VisitEngland, added:
The Triumph Factory Visitor Experience is more than just a factory or museum; it’s an interactive experience that appeals to both riders and newcomers. Visitors can view a carefully curated collection of iconic Triumph motorcycles, from historic classics to modern legends, complemented by interactive exhibitions about the design and engineering process.
The exhibition, shop and café are open from Wednesday to Sunday and can be visited freely. Those who want an extra look behind the scenes can book a Factory Tour, which shows the production process of Triumph motorcycles up close. Gift vouchers are available.
In addition to the VisitEngland Gold Accolade, the Triumph Factory Visitor Experience also received a 2025 Travelers’ Choice Award from Tripadvisor.
