Fitness+ can be found in the Fitness app under the corresponding tab. In the ‘Overview’ section you get an overview of all your achievements, trends and workouts, while in ‘Share’ you can share your achievements with friends and family.

The service offers twelve different types of workouts, including strength training, yoga, HIIT, pilates, dancing, cycling, kickboxing and meditation. These workouts range from 5 to 45 minutes and are suitable for all levels of trainers.

Link with Apple Watch and AirPods

An important part of Apple’s fitness service is the link with the Workout application for the Apple Watch. Fitness+ can automatically activate the Workout app and show the current results on the screen.

With the AirPods Pro 3 you can even monitor your heart rate during workouts – a feature available on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.

Available on multiple screens

Of course, you are not limited to the screen of your iPhone. The Conditioning app, in combination with the service, is also available on the iPad and Apple TV so that you can also start the videos and exercise via these platforms. All data is synchronized between the devices.
