Production milestone for Chevrolet Corvette

A great milestone for Chevrolet; it has already seen the 1.75 millionth Corvette roll off the line. The sporty American is appropriately executed.

The Chevrolet Corvette has become one of the absolute icons of the American auto industry. The Corvette has been running for 67 years and eight generations. Last week a special milestone was reached; then Chevrolet in Bowling Green, Kentucky, completed assembly of Corvette No. 1,750,000.

As an example; the previous significant milestone was the 1.5 millionth and was built 11 years ago. Another 17 years before that, the millionth Corvette rolled off the production line. Relatively speaking, it is now a bit slower, but you can say that the Corvette is still quite popular.

The party number has the white paint ‘Arctic White’ and an ‘Adrenaline Red’ interior. That color combination doesn’t just come out of the blue. The first ever Corvette, built in 1953, was also white with a red interior. Also number 500,000, 1,000,000. and number 1,500,000 have that color scheme. This brand new Corvette will, like the previous party numbers, go straight to the National Corvette Museum go into Bowling Green.

Unlike those older milestone Corvettes, this one won’t stay there. For $ 200 Americans can buy a ticket and have a chance at the car. A total of 1,500 lots will be sold. So one lucky person will take home a brand new and historic Corvette for $ 200 (€ 167.5).
