The Lamborghini Aventador has been with us for almost ten years now. To celebrate that milestone, coachbuilder Huber is introducing custom bumpers for the supercar.
Huber is a new coach builder from the United Arab Emirates. The ERA is Huber’s first project and differentiates itself from the conventional Lamborghini Aventador with a modified front and rear bumper. The front bumper stands out thanks to the large splitter and the intake openings for the air intakes that are further forward. At the back, the outlets have been enlarged. The diffuser does not remain completely itself and is given a new shape. The bumpers are made entirely of carbon fiber. To leave no doubt that one is dealing with a tackled Aventador here, the Lamborghini logos have been replaced by copies of Huber.
It is not known exactly what the modified bumpers will have to cost. Huber is by no means the only company to have turned to the Aventador. Mansory, Novitec and DMC, among others, have already produced several creations based on the Aventador. Compared to those breeders, Huber is still quite mild: exuberant wheels or extreme spoiler work are not required. The question is therefore whether the brand new company can survive in a market that is mainly about seeing and being seen. However, if there is one place where there is a need for this kind of personalization, it is the UAE.
