Shelby F-250 Super Baja is a fierce Ford F-250

Shelby American adds a very fierce Ford F-250 to its delivery range. The company transforms 250 copies of the F-250 into Shelby F-250 Super Baja.

The Shelby F-250 Super Baja is a thoroughly modified version of the F-250, the mildest Super Duty brother of the widely known F-150. The F-250 may be the entry-level to Ford’s Super Duty pickups, that’s not to say it’s mildly motorized. This Shelby F-250 Super Baja gets a mighty 480 hp and 1,424 (!) Nm strong diesel engine under the hood, a machine that in that capacity simply comes from the shelves of Ford. It is a 6.7 V8 from the PowerStroke engine family.

The Shelby F-250 Super Baja gets special suspension from Fox Performance and thanks to those adjustments it will stand a lot higher on its legs. The car stands on 18-inch alloy with 37-inch BFGoofrich off-road rubber wrapped around it. Sitting on a scaffolding in the back, copied from Baja rip noses – two spare wheels. Shelby gives the F-250 special steel bumpers, a 40-inch wide LED bar, a modified bonnet with extra cooling slot and a special grille. The interior is covered with leather and here and there strips of fake carbon fiber provide some schwüng. The fierce Shelby F-250 Super Baja has a starting price of around € 104,000 in the United States.
