The Google app is available for smartphones running iOS or Android. Here’s how to implement it.
To easily manage a to-do list, Google offers an easy-to-use app called Tasks. You can download it for free for iOS or Android. On first launch, the app may ask to connect to your Google account, then offers to create a first task in the default list (My tasks).
To do this, tap on the button To start, then on Add a task.

Name the new task then tap the + button. The icon with the three small lines allows you to add a comment while the calendar icon associates a specific date with the task.

Then tap on Save to validate your task. Once it’s done, tap the small circle next to its name to indicate it’s done.

The app has two menus next to the Add button. Tap on the three small horizontal bars to create a new task list and choose the list to display. The three small vertical dots provide access to a menu to sort tasks by date, rename the current list and delete all completed tasks.

Tap on the name of the task to edit its content. You can rename it, delete it, add a date or a comment and above all add secondary tasks.

Finally, tap on the small triangle next to the list name to move the task to another list. Note that Tasks is also integrated into the new Gmail as well as your calendar.
