Want to use your smartphone or tablet as a navigation system without an internet connection? This is possible with the offline mode of Google Maps.
Prepared on the road
Google Maps is a handy app to find your way around. View detailed maps of the entire world via the app. You use Google Maps via the internet connection and if there is no WiFi, it costs money. But offline mode also allows you to view an area at street level without an internet connection. Download the map via WiFi first, and then use it in places where you don’t have or don’t want to use the internet.
