With the introduction year 2019, the current Ford Kuga cannot exactly be labeled as an old model. Still, Ford already has a retouched Kuga in the development rooms, according to this set of spy photos.
Ford has started testing in the United States with a packed and therefore renewed Escape. In Europe we know the Escape as the Ford Kuga, which, except for a few details, looks the same as its American brother.
Ford Kuga (2019 – )
The Ford Kuga will receive a revised front with its facelift. The current model’s headlamps set high in the nose and drawn far back give way to flatter, more serious-looking ones. That the facelift is going to be quite drastic is also apparent from the hood. This is because it is new and from now on it will extend considerably further forward. In addition, the grille connects to the hood and therefore a higher position in the front gets a place. In addition, Ford also adjusts the rear lights, although the changes seem to be limited to the layout of the units.
Ford Escape (China)
Ford also sells the Kuga in China as Escape, but there the crossover has a nose that differs from its American and European brothers. We expect Ford to present the revised Kuga in the first half of next year.
