Do you start to feel dizzy when you see the Porsche delivery range? Then put yourself away. The Porsche Macan is getting an extra version. Meet the brand new Porsche Macan T.

Porsche is expanding the delivery range of the Macan with the Macan T, where the T stands for Touring. Until now, we only knew such a T-variant from the 718 and 911.

Just like the simply Macan entry-level version of Porsche’s smallest SUV, the Macan T has a 265 hp and 400 Nm strong 2.0 turbo engine under the hood. That petrol engine is also linked to a seven-speed PDK automatic transmission in the Macan T. The Porsche thus reaches 100 km/h in 6.2 seconds and a top speed of 232 km/h. How does the Macan T differ from the Macan? Well: the Macan T has standard steel springs in combination with Porsche Active Suspension Management and is 1.5 centimeters closer to the asphalt than the base model. In addition, Porsche gives the stiffer stabilizer bars at the front. Porsche Traction Management has also been modified and focuses more on the rear axle. Porsche supplies the Macan T with adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management at an additional cost. Porsche Torque Vecoring Plus is also available at an additional cost. That system is also sharper for the Macan T.

From the outside you can recognize the Macan T by its T-badges and a whole series of gray parts. For example, the roof spoiler and side mirror caps are finished in that color. The Macan T comes standard on 20-inch light-alloy wheels that are in dark titanium to be executed. Standard equipment includes extensive electrically adjustable and heated leather-covered sports seats, headrests with Porsche badges, silver stitching and the Sport Chrono clock on the dashboard.

The Porsche Macan T will be available in the Netherlands from April. The starting price will follow soon.
